Ham Produce & Seafood is a locally owned wholesale distributor serving restaurants, retailers, hotels, and institutional foodservice operators across Hawaii. Founded in 1981, Ham has grown from a small family-owned business into one of the most diversified distributors in the State of Hawaii.
Strategically located in the heart of Honolulu, we specialize in fresh produce, fresh and frozen seafood, frozen protein commodities, and time-sensitive delivery solutions designed specifically for Hawaii’s unique market.
Our Roots
Ham began with a small team of six employees and a focus on exporting local products such as ginger and papaya. From the start, the company was built on reliability, relationships, and a strong connection to Hawaii’s agricultural community.
As the needs of the foodservice industry evolved, Ham expanded its capabilities, infrastructure, and product offerings to better serve customers across Hawaii.

Today, Ham Produce & Seafood operates with:

- More than 50,000 square feet of chilled and frozen storage capacity
- A delivery fleet of 45 refrigerated trucks
- Approximately 350 deliveries per day
- Over 1 million pounds of product distributed weekly
