Handling and Freshness
Oysters are received and held in dedicated coolers and shipped on refrigerated trucks. Cases are checked on intake and again at load-out, with rotation managed to keep what reaches your kitchen at the freshness you expect.
Standing orders for daily or weekly shucking are common. Talk to your sales contact about case counts and delivery windows.

What case sizes do you carry?
Most varieties ship in standard foodservice case counts. Smaller or larger packs may be available depending on the variety and grower; talk to your sales contact for current options.
How often do you receive oysters?
Receiving frequency varies by variety and supplier. We aim to keep core varieties in regular rotation. Your sales contact can share current arrival schedules.
Can I request a specific variety not listed?
Yes. We can often source additional varieties on request based on supplier availability. Reach out and we’ll see what we can bring in.
Do you deliver oysters on weekends?
Yes. Oysters move on the same Oahu delivery routes as our other seafood, six days a week.
