Ham Produce & Seafood works directly with Hawaii’s auction houses and trusted import partners to keep restaurants, hotels, and retailers stocked with the seafood their menus depend on. From day-boat catches to specialty imports, we manage the cold chain from dock to delivery so what reaches your kitchen is what you ordered.
We deliver fresh seafood across Oahu six days a week, with planning support for high-volume operations and special-event needs.
Seafood is the most time-sensitive product we move. Receiving, holding, and delivery are all built around tight temperature control and short windows. Product is graded on intake, iced and stored in dedicated seafood coolers, and loaded onto refrigerated trucks for same-day delivery.
Our seafood inventory shifts with the season and the day’s catch, but the categories below are core to what we move.
Whole fish, fillets, loins, and portion cuts are available. Sashimi-grade cuts and portioned loins available on request. Custom cuts and pack sizes can be arranged with your sales contact.
We run seafood routes across Oahu six days a week. Standing orders, day-of requests, and special-event volume are all part of how we operate. Inter-island accounts can arrange air shipments through your sales contact.
Availability sheets are updated daily based on auction results, vessel arrivals, and import schedules.
